Amber & Green are one of Singapore’s leading suppliers of portable exhibition booths and display systems and we are expanding our team in Singapore to provide vital support to our Clients and Sales Team
Position Overview:
As Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that clients’ orders are delivered on time, either to their offices or set-up on site at their Exhibition. You will be responsible for co-ordinating logistics and providing the highest level of customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will include but not limited to:
- Working with our Sales Team, suppliers and courier companies to confirm when orders are arriving
- Setting up the systems for pre-delivery checking
- Arranging delivery dates / times with clients
- Delivery of order to clients with set-up if required
- Arranging access to Exhibition venues for set-up
- Provide Project Management Support to the Sales Team for larger events
Summary of Role Requirements:
- This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with some evenings and weekends occasionally required
- No previous experience in the Exhibitions / Events Industry is required
- Right to work in Singapore is required.
- You must have a full driving license, able to drive a manual gearbox.
- Expected Start Date: 1st March 2024
- Expected Salary $3000 per month + CPF
