An established enrichment program centre, which provides English enrichment courses, is looking for a Centre Manager to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will lead your centre's team to achieve the centre's enrolment target
- Ensure that the centre operates smoothly according to the SOP
- Take the lead in building and managing strong relationships with our customers
- Managing the facilities, resources and equipment in your centre
- Lead and foster a positive work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in any discipline
- Min. 2 years of leadership experience in tuition or enrichment industry
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
