As the continuous demands from global businesses, we are looking for passionate Total Rewards Professional to join our global Smart Home team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of global C&B team and implement best practices, attract high-quality employees and reduce turnover, including:

  • Lead compensation and benefits survey across the region to ensure that we can attract and retain the right talent.
  • Lead the Annual Salary Benchmarking exercise across the region in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and HR teams.
  • Design compensation packages and bonus programs to support business growth and employee retention.
  • Lead the team in the review or implementation of compensation and benefits related programmes and ensure programs sustainability in the Asia markets
  • Lead annual salary budgeting and planning.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Good education background with at least 8 years of global total rewards management experience in MNCs.
  • Familiar with Asia labour legislation and with hands-on experiences in Workday HRIS system in manufacturing industry.
  • Experienced in leading global project teams and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with both overseas and Chinese stakeholders and turn insights into actions.
  • Numeric sounds and with good analytical skills in excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong leadership and with data-driven and solution-orientated mind-set.
