Job Description:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Support different kitchen stations as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste and presentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years proven similar western kitchen experience in well-known western restaurant.
- Strong team collaboration and communications skills.
- Felxibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
