This role will see the incumbent responsible for facilitating and supervising daily operations at a store(s) to make sure our beauty advisors work together effectively to generate sales and contribute to shop upkeep. Their duties include communication on inventory orders, scheduling employee shifts and training new employees.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- In-charge of overall store day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at consistently driving sales volume and achieving store sales targets.
- Lead and supervise the retail team members to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and effectively address any employee concerns.
- Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.
- Responsibly handle and address customer inquiries regarding product, pricing, availability, delivery or any other related matters.
- Assist in store promotional events and campaigns with the corporate team.
- Roster planning.
- Atriums and roadshows supervision and participation.
- Ensure full understanding of changing trade dynamics and development in the retail industry, in order to recommend effective channel & sales strategies that will give the Company a competitive edge.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and in-store promotions to determine whether these meet the Company' objectives.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in health & wellness retail industry. preferably with supervisory experience.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to motivate and be an exemplary leader for the team.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
