Position Responsibilities:
· The primary scope as a Network Operation Engineer (NOC) is to supervise the Data Centre and be the first point of contact for outages or black-outs, will ensure the upkeep of the facility housing the Data Centre.
· Coordinate with third-party providers for scope outside the NOC scope (eg: Air Conditioning, Electrical, Water pipeline leakage etc)
· Will also handle network technological management and updates such as VPN, WLAN, WAN, LAN etc.
Position Requirements:
· Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any IT related field.
· 1 to 2 years of IT experience, strong preference in Network Operations, Troubleshooting, Infrastructure related support, preference in Broadband, ISP, Telecommunications environment.
· Knowledgeable in various network products, network security and
· Will be working on shift schedule as this role is a 24/7 operations, stationed at the main office only.
· Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Juniper etc will be a strong advantage.
