The Bank is looking for a highly self-driven, experience personnel to manage & support regional corporate account services operations digitization, projects change management & process improvement. This role will also be required to drive data driven initiatives by closely working with Data delivery execution teams, Senior leadership, Operations and Technology teams.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
1. Design and develop dashboards and analytics in QlikView/Qliksense & Tableau for IBGO data and reporting.
2. Manage and Support regional corporate services operations digitization, projects & change management, process improvements
3. Manage the standardization of process/policy/system for biz growth, operational efficiency, client servicing and enhanced operational controls management.
4. Project Manager looking after E2E project implementation and operationalization, DDOM dashboards, tracking the key success matrix to achieve vision of IBG operations.
5. Work closely with key stakeholders and regional countries’ Ops to manage the key BU/Ops initiatives impacting IBG operations
6. Quantify challenges and forecast benefits from various strategic opportunities
7. Document, conceptualize findings and key points into comprehensive professional presentations for regular updates to identified forums
8. Lead delivery of analytics initiatives with the ability to determine data required, assess time & effort required and establish a project plan under “Agile” methodology
9. Coordination with stakeholders for approvals, development and implementation of data analytics Dashboard
10. Manage data instrumentation projects by collaborating with Data & Tech partner teams (including planning, prioritization, scope, risk/ issues management)
11. Drive the testing of solutions with real live data & present the results to senior management for approvals.
12. Be involved in all aspects of the Project life-cycle, from requirements capturing, problem formulation, to technical development, testing and deployment.
13. Conduct strategic data analysis, identify insights and implications from institutional data and make strategic recommendations to executive and senior staff, develop data displays that clearly communicate complex analysis
Required Experience
· Degree holder with minimum 4 years of professional experience with demonstrated track records of delivering end-to-end data solutions at industrial standard.
· Ability to develop scripts to build model to support key performance indicators and time comparison (Digital Adoption, TAT etc)
· Develop dashboards with detail drilldowns, threshold gauges, alerting mechanisms and pop report
· To Build industry standard prototype design
· Translating business requirements to technical terms like Data Mapping
· Support BAU activities such as enhancements, troubleshooting and production releases.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking with good SQL knowledge.
· Good understanding of banking terminology, corporate services (loans, account services, channel maintenance) related products and operational processes
· Familiarity with industry paradigms and standards for model development, validation and testing.
· Good Project management Skills
