Job Details:-
- Contract: March 2024 to August 2024 (6 months- Maternity cover)
- Salary: UP $3000
- Working hours: Mon-Fri (office hours)
- Location: Shenton Way
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the monthly and year-end closing for US and Singapore entity including:
- Upload Surf files as per closing deadline, clear blocking checks, submit webforms (if necessary)
- Download intercompany extract to ensure intercompany discrepancies are cleared before final Surf deadline.
- Preparing journal entries with the supporting documents.
- Assist in providing audit supporting documents, tax computation details and information.
- Reconcile event/sponsor P&Ls.
- Ad-hoc task as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Accountancy
- Minimum of 1 year working experience
