We are seeking an experienced Senior Partnerships Manager to lead the identification, establishment, and management of strategic partnerships with key influencers, organisations, and communities across the financial services and FinTech sectors.

Job Description
● Lead in the identifying, establishing and managing of strategic partnerships with knowledge partners, media partners, community partners and ambassadors, in the FinTech industry.
● Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships locally and globally through effective collaboration and ongoing communication.
● Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to negotiate agreements and develop strategic alliances.
● Creatively, work to increase revenue streams through partnership initiatives, such as co-marketing efforts or joint initiatives.
● Ability in leading and developing a team as we expand.
● Collaborate with designers and content marketing to develop creative campaigns, collaterals and messaging that resonate with a partner’s community.
● Identify opportunities for content collaboration to create and curate high-value content for amplification across Elevandi’s and our partner’s platforms.
● Continually, stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential partnership opportunities.
● Optimise partnerships through the tracking and reporting of key performance metrics and partnership KPIs to enable data-driven decisions.
● Drive greater engagements in key markets through partnerships (e.g. China, India, UK, USA)
Our Ideal Candidate:
● Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
● In-depth knowledge of the FinTech industry and trends.
● 6-8 years of experience, and a proven track record in building and managing partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development in the FinTech or financial services sector.
● Strong communications, networkingand negotiation skills.
● Strong analytical and strategic thinking to identify synergistic opportunities with potential partners that align with the company's objectives.
● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
