Responsibilities:
- Sales Order Processng (issuance of DO, invoices, etc)
- Regular Order Management Updates to the Sales Team
- Coordination of shipping schedule.
- Preparation of shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list etc.).
- Track payment and update on system
- Maintain the customer data to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in general administration duties and Ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- ‘O’ level with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Self-motivated and initiative individuals.
- Possess strong negotiation and selling skills.
- Knowledge in office supplies or office automation would be an advantage.
- Knowledge on SAP and TMS system would be an advantage.
