Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily preparation and production of pastry items while maintaining costs and ensuring consistency quality of pastry products.
- Decorate cakes and pastries.
- Ensures proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with standards and sanitation/health regulations.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Having good knowledge in Pastry and holding a Certificate in Pastry or equivalent is more preferable.
- Must have experience in pastry/cake production.
- Have good communication.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
