The Business Development Executives will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our services.
Business Development:
Identify and prospect potential clients within the specified niche to generate new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement:
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as outlined by the management.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
