Responsibilities
• In co-operation with the Marketing Manager, develop a marketing calendar over the medium term and throughout the year.
• Plan and evaluate marketing campaigns via SEM (Google Ads) and Social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram), provide recommendations where necessary to improve ROI.
• Product planning in collaboration with Design & Tech teams to build new products and lead funnels to be deployed on SGCM's network of websites.
• Develop content marketing initiatives together with the Content Specialist, covering social content and SEO content generation.
• Manage Salesforce CRM operations (Email, SMS, App Push) to drive audience engagement & lead generation, with the Marketing Manager.
• Monthly reporting on SGCM’s marketing performance metrics.
Qualifications
· Degree in Marketing / Business / Communications, or related discipline
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience in crafting & executing digital marketing campaigns (e.g. Google Ads & Facebook Ads)
• Experience with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Experience in crafting user funnels will be a plus.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS will be a plus.
• Excellent team management, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
