Job Description
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies across diverse platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement
- Monitor and assess campaign performance
- Manage and execute Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaigns
- Oversee the production of all communication materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and maintaining a cohesive brand image
- Take ownership of social media presence, curating and publishing relevant content that actively engages and resonates with the audience
- Manage online delivery platforms
- Update corporate website and ensure accuracy of information
- Liaise with mall management for marketing activities
- Develop engagement strategies with journalists and key opinion leaders.
- Work closely with internal teams and related stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns
- Any other ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in F&B industry
- Degree in Business / Marketing or related disciplines or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Effective bilingual in English and Mandarin (Fluent in Cantonese will be an added advantage to liaise with multi-lingual associates)
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player who is passionate and able to work independently
