Job Description
Customer Service
- Attend to all customers' (including his Group) enquiries / issues as below: Contract and Agreement, Quotation / Pricing negotiation, Coordinate new models and design issues, Prototype sample order fulfilment, Mass production order fulfilment, Schedule Change Management (including stock management), Delivery / Quality Issue, Customer's complaints, Customer's specification / requirement etc., and Customer's payment and credibility
Marketing & Sales Plan / Forecast
- Analyse and provide Group sales forecast to Department Manager & above.
- Collect and analyse customer & market information in sound and timely manner.
- Provide and execute mid and long term plan to increase market demand.
- Visit and contact customer regularly to improve Customer Relationship Management and obtain the latest information.
- Product positioning and strategic planning for expansion of assigned product sales & market share.
New customers development activities
- Responsible in executing plan for development of new customers.
- Work closely with BU & factory representative for new customer development activities.
Others
- Prepare budget being tasked by direct superior & above.
- Carry out any job that is being assigned by direct superior & above for achievement of department & business targets.
- Manage and ensure his Group comply with inventory / payment collection policies.
- Involve in company committee members / project leader / auditor (if being assigned).
- Support / lead customer / company workshop / programs.
