We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Tea Shop Manager to lead the development and management of our new high-end tea retail outlet from scratch. The individual will be responsible for setting up all aspects of the store operations, including selecting and procuring high-quality tea and related products, designing the store layout, recruiting and training staff, devising marketing strategies, managing inventory and budget, and ensuring that customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and set up the store layout and all aspects of the store operations
- Select and procure high-quality tea and related products
- Recruit and train staff to provide excellent customer service and tea product knowledge
- Devise marketing strategies to promote the store and increase sales
- Manage inventory and budget to ensure profitability
- Ensure that the store is always clean, organized, and appealing to customers
- Make adjustments based on customer feedback to improve store operations and enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of retail management experience, with Strong experience selling Chinese Tea
- In-depth knowledge and experience with tea culture, particularly Chinese tea such as West Lake Longjing, Fuding White Tea, and Yunnan Pu'er Cha
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time
- Experience driving sales and achieving goals
- Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting software
