Job Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth analyses on large datasets to gain a deeper understanding of beneficiaries
- Work with cross-functional teams to build and maintain dashboards to monitor and gain business insights. Guide users on creating and using reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Prepare data for regular and ad-hoc reporting based on organization needs
- Contribute to the improvement of business operations through automation
- Improve data collection & analysis processes to achieve efficiency and productivity
- Foster data literacy across the product organization and establish standards for data-informed decision-making
- Liaise with external agencies like the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Social and Family Development on data relating to our beneficiaries
- Support and jointly participate in in-house research using data and also external research projects where necessary
- Support Board meetings and preparations of materials for reporting to Board and Exco
Job Requirements:
- Relevant degree in business analytics, data analytics, computer science or other similar field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent quantitative analysis, use of spreadsheets and modeling tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills to interface with stakeholders
- Salesforce & business objects expert with extensive reporting and dashboard skills and experience in Power BI would be an added advantage
- Good team player and collaborative
- Must be self-motivated with a strong focus on delivery
- Familiar with Personal Data Protection Act
