• Position Title: Sales cum warehouse executive
• Working Location: Jalan Berseh
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.45 am – 5.30 pm; Sat, 9 am – 12.30 pm)
• Salary Range: $1900 - $2600
• Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
• Issue quotations based on customers’ requirements and follow up on quotations and purchase orders.
• Prepare delivery and invoicing documents for daily deliveries and email to customers.
• Review delivery orders and invoices to identify any errors before delivery.
• Maintain and update customers’ database.
• Collaborate with accounting team to support activities on a daily basis.
• Support in all aspect of warehouse operations (such as receipt, arrange stock and warehousing, stocktake etc).
• Assist in annual stocktake and cyclecounts.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as & when assigned.
Requirement
