About Our Client

Our client is an application developer with a team of 1200 professionals. With a user base from SEA, Japan, Korea, Turkey and etc., we are setting up the first overseas office in Singapore.

Job Description

  • Manage daily operations of bank accounts
  • Coordinate account opening procedures
  • Review and process external payments, employee reimbursements, and salary disbursements
  • Maintain communication with banks
  • Ensure timely recording of income and expenses.
  • Monitor bank transactions and balances, track fund status, and execute fund transfers promptly
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-years experience in financial operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders in China
