Manager, Sales – Corporate (Singapore)
He/She is responsible for multi-property implementation of sales activities to maximize business opportunities and revenues in their specific area of responsibility, in order to achieve and to exceed the segment goals for the Singapore hotels
- Responsible for implementing all sales activities to maximize business opportunities and revenues in their specific area of responsibility, in order to achieve and to exceed the segment goals for the Singapore hotels
- Implements all sales action plans related to respective market(s) and account portfolio.
- Solicits and drives all negotiated–transient and group leads to achieve the set segment sales goals and targets for the Singapore hotels.
- Participates in development of the Area Sales Plan, budget and market audits, and implements corresponding sales action plans with the Business Development sales team.
- Gathers and shares information with sales leadership on market trends, competitor activity and emerging markets.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Hotel industry.
- Able to maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, colleagues and employees.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a sales team and build client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and influencing abilities to secure new business opportunities.
