- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Prepare employment contracts and letters.
- Administer on-boarding and off-boarding programs.
Employee Engagement & Benefits
- Handle employee relations matters, including appraisal and disciplinary matters.
- Support HR activities and initiatives.
Administration Matters
- Prepare reports.
- Maintain and update employees' personal files.
- Follow-up on confirmation, contract renewal and expiry.
- Handle HR letters and correspondence.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Experience in the education or after school care industry will be an added advantage
- Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
