Job Responsibilities:
- Work with various inter branch to promptly resolve customer needs and issues to meet/exceed service deliveries.
- Handling emails and phone calls pertaining to customer’s requests and enquires.
- Processing of customers’ orders accordingly using Transport Management System.
- Provide real time updates on job progress into Transport Management System.
- Prepare and ensure all documents are in order before for shipment.
- Coordinate with customer based on operation to ensure smooth delivery.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

- Preferably knowledge and experience in trucking and transportation environment.
