ViewQwest is currently seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team and support our growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Responsibilities
- Champions the end-to-end design and management of Products and Services, including SecureNet, Freedom DND, OV, and Fibernet, encompassing:
- Availment, Provisioning Process, and Activation
- Use, Modification, and Troubleshooting
- Termination
- Determines cost viability, considering all internal and external costs, to ensure profitability and protection of product margin.
- Leads product service quality and is responsible for problem management (L2), analyzing all incident bugs, errors, etc., to develop long-term/permanent fixes for the product.
- Leads product roadmap development for new features, enhancements, and new products for the category.
- Manages vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Postgraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the IT/Telco industry.
- Demonstrates understanding of basic to advanced principles of P&L, Product Management, Marketing, Brand Management, and Project Management.
