Indoor Sales
R ~Nets build optical networks and Internet backbone via submarine cables. This job involves in the ever-growing opportunities in the digital space. Your role is to acquire new and existing Sales for all R ~Nets products and services which involves high tech optical and IP network equipment, accessories and software covering all verticals and regional markets.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Sales Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the development and performance of Sales & Marketing activities in R ~Nets across the region.
- Develop Sales plans to meet and exceed the assigned Sales target.
- Manage overall Sales processes from pre to post Sales.
- Work with Sales Specialists and Engineering to plan sales strategies, develop proposals, develop customer presentations, and close the Sales.
- Lead and coordinate timely and quality follow-up of customer requests and sales deliveries.
- Regulary update Sales Opportunities, pipeline and activities in CRM and feedback to Management.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Requirements:
- Enjoy interaction with people
- Required languages: English and Chinese
- Proven track record in execution and follow through
- Strong communication, information organising and presentation skills
- Sales skills are essential but if you lack technical know-how, mentoring and coaching will be provided
- Knowledge with IT infra or Telecoms industry will be an added advantage
