Responsibilities:
- As a Senior Marketing Manager for APAC Growth Initiatives on a 1-year contract, you will collaborate closely with APAC Growth Lead to execute comprehensive growth strategies, with a specific focus on promoting learning solutions.
- Your role involves working in tandem with regional and global marketing teams, as well as sales development management, to drive demand generation through a full-funnel approach.
- Responsibilities encompass measuring, analyzing, and regularly reporting on marketing performance, project managing initiatives, and ensuring effective communication to keep stakeholders informed. \
- Your support will extend to all APAC Growth Marketing initiatives based on business priorities.
To qualify:
- The ideal candidate should possess over 5 years of marketing experience, demonstrating strong analytical skills with a specific focus on enhancing marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Preferred qualifications include a background in managing diverse multi-channel and campaign marketing programs, encompassing both paid channels (Google, LinkedIn Ads) and owned channels (email, web, SEO).
- Have experience collaborating with international teams, proficiency in project management, especially with remote partners, and familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and MS Excel pivot tables.
- An ability to balance big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with an entrepreneurial self-starting mindset and a drive for independent success, is crucial.
- Additionally, being collaborative and team-oriented, with excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, and staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and strategies are highly valued qualities.
