We are seeking a reliable and motivated Academy Course Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing courses for the Academy. They will integrate adult learning pedagogies and learning technologies to enhance training effectiveness and promote learner engagement. The ideal candidate will be capable of setting both long and short-term goals for curriculum development efforts and will thrive in a self-motivated and trustworthy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the academy in developing, managing, and executing courses
- Project manage both online and physical course materials for academy courses
- Execute the development and publishing of lesson plans and assessment plans
- Independently execute production development or collaborate with outsource teams to complete course contents
- Research and compile course resource materials with domain experts
- Act as a facilitator for courses if required
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum degree in architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Training and Adult Education
- Knowledge in video editing and basic animation skills, or willingness to embark on courses to obtain necessary capabilities
- IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong team player, capable of working collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- Resilient and resourceful with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and ambiguous work environment
