Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
Reporting to the Vice President, HRBP, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the talent needs of Ascott. This includes identifying, engaging, and hiring high-performing candidates who align with Ascott's culture and business objectives.
You will:
- Partner with the leadership team to align HR strategy to business objectives.
- Work closely and independently with Heads of Department in the resource planning and talent acquisition for the departments in the Unit.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and source qualified candidates in line with business needs.
- Drive the organization's employer brand by promoting the company as an employer of choice and effectively communicating our culture, values, and opportunities
- Partner with Group Talent Management team and the leadership team in developing and building a talent pipeline for the departments.
- Partner with Group Rewards team and the leadership team in driving the annual performance review
- Work closely with HR Shared Services on the on-boarding, off-boarding and internal mobility of employees
- Deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner; identify and resolve HR issues within the Unit if required
- Be part of HR-related projects, when required, including those related to the development and implementation of HR Systems and other ad hoc projects that may arise
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource or equivalent
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the Hospitality industry
- Good exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle from Sourcing to Onboarding
- Experience working in an external recruitment agency will be an advantage
- Resourceful, independent and possesses strong initiative and drive.
- Meticulous and exercises high level of discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Team player, who is mature with good hands-on multi-tasking abilities
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
