Job Description:
- Focus on corporate, leisure, and group bookings in the domestic market
- Conduct proactive sales activities, maintaining close contacts with potential clients through visits, calls, and correspondence
- Ensure timely completion and communication of RFPs and consortia programs
- Organize FAM trips, site inspections, and on-property entertainment
- Maximize sales effectiveness through quality sales calls and follow-up
- Attend sales meetings and provide feedback on market intelligence
- Compile market information and assist with the annual sales plan
- Support reservations in yield management and revenue maximization
- Anticipate market trends and implement promotions
- Maintain confidentiality of property and company information
- Present revenue targets and ensure monthly assessment of accounts
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in luxury hotel or luxury serviced apartment
- Experience in handling hotels and rooms will be preferred
