We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Administrative Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with support and guidance and also assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our services, pricing, and processes.
- Liaise with our technical team to ensure timely updates and resolutions for client cases.
- Maintain organized records of client communications, case files, and billing information.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and processing payments.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Experience with data entry and record keeping is a plus.
