JOB DESCRIPTION
* Be part of a multi-disciplined maintenance support team, reviewing existing maintenance procedures and determining future recommendations.
* Provide day to day mechanical rotating equipment support and advise to the maintenance teams.
Supervision of the construction of geothermal power plants at the various locations of installation, provide experience in mechanical industrial construction and contract supply completion.
* Development work plan and follow ups on progress during the construction.
* Examination mechanical design drawings and specifications.
* Liaise and co-ordinate with different discipline Supervisors, Project Engineers and other cient relevant departments.
* Review the project plannning and scheduling for projects during the construction phase.
* Inspect construction works and materials in accordance with Project Quality plans and Inspection & Test plans.
REQUIREMENTS
* Ability to display strong planning and organizational skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing situations.
* Ability to commuicate well and develop & mentor team members.
* Basic welding certificate up to 3G is required.
* Hold a Construction and Shipyard Safety Course certificates.
* Extensive experience in the Mechanical Engineering field with minimum 10 years experience in a supervispry, lead, foreman position.
* Must be willing to work long hours and weekends if required.
