Job Scope
This role will be reporting to the Assistant/ Manager HR. You will be pro-actively supporting the HR Manager in planning, recruitment, on-boarding of new employees, training and development.
You will be responsible for the Human Resource Management functions including but not limited to:
- Recruitment and selection (i.e Singapore Nursing Board and Work Pass processing)
- Conducting of interviews
- On-boarding and off-boarding process
- Update of staff information in HRIS
- Dormitory matters
- Preparation of HR reports
- Coordinating of performance management exercises
- Training administration
- Insurance matters
- Payrolls matters
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management and above.
- Min. 2-3 years prior HR generalist & payroll processing working function
- Prior HR experience handling scope involving work pass application, renewal & government reimbursement and submissions (e.g. IRAS, CPF, surveys,etc)
- Knowledge in Timesoft payroll software would be good
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and able to work independently as well
