Job Description:
- Create new business accounts and cultivate enduring bonds with both current and prospective important clients for designated customer segments and verticals.
- Create and expand the business's goods and services to meet annual sales KPIs (key performance indicators).
- Reaching out to prospective customers (sales leads) in order to build rapport and schedule a meeting, including:
- Making cold calls
- Arranging for those encounters
- Get-together with clients
- Creating proposals and providing quotes to clients in order to secure sales
- Putting together and directing formal presentations that highlight services provided to potential clients
- Respond to and pursue any sales-related inquiries from clients and prospects, such as:
- Drafting requests for quotations, tenders, and sales proposals
- Precise documentation of sales and quote information
- Pursuing extremely delinquent clients and helping the finance department reduce the amount of past-due client debts receivable
- Any other ad hoc tasks that are allocated
Requirements:
- Hold a diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- Possessing a minimum of three years of pertinent experience in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Self-sufficient, cooperative, and possessing excellent communication and self-initiative abilities
