- To carry out the following assignments
- To supervise Service Attendants on carry out their daily duties.
- To assist Assistant Executive Housekeepers in planning and scheduling of the daily work.
- To ensure maximum efficiency in the performance of Service Attendants and be responsible for keeping all service pantries neatly stocked and all work area clean.
- To recommend on hiring, firing, promotion, transfer, reward and discipline of Service Attendants
- To conduct selection interview, on the job training and off job training as required.
- To assume other duties assigned by the Assistant Executive Housekeepers and or their supervisors.
- To communicate effectively with guests.
