Responsibilities:
- Deploy and support workplace safety and health (WSH) programs.
- Carry out initiatives to bolster WSH programs.
- Conduct safety inductions, orientations, and compliance explanations.
- Address WSH non-compliance and unsafe practices while promoting improvements.
- Participate in WSH compliance inspections and routine work checks.
- Collect data on WSH performance, conditions, and practices.
- Manage instances of non-compliance and unsafe conditions.
- Support incident and accident management, investigations, and preventive actions.
- Develop and enhance workplace safety and health management systems (WSHMS).
- Establish quality management policies and procedures, monitor compliance, and ensure fire safety preparedness.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of HSSE/ WSH working experience
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
