Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director
  • Managing diaries, email and organising meetings and appointments for the Director
  • Manage schedules, provide logistical support to ensure appropriate meeting, travel, accommodation and event arrangements are made
  • Take minutes and prepare emails, board memos and minutes, research reports and presentations slides, and filing
  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean and appropriately presented
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
  • Must be bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking internal/external personnel
  • Resourceful, good interpersonal skill, mature and able to work independently
  • Shorthand and excellent typing skills and accuracy essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Willing to travel
