Job Description:
- As head of the company, he is responsible for achieving sales target, working closely with functional department heads and executives to maximize company's profits.
- To develop company’s mid to long term strategy to achieve the stakeholder’s investment interest and progress.
- Responsible for working closely with higher headquarters to implement contextual development plans to the local environment.
- Report and commit business plans to higher headquarters supported with detailed analysis and evaluation to achieve stakeholders’ expectation.
- Oversee the company's financial performance, investments & other business ventures.
- Develop expansion plan to maximize market shares.
- Approval & evaluation of employee implementation plans and administration of promotion & demotion systems.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills including proven ability to effectively convey information and ideas clearly in both written and verbal means to top management, internal & external stakeholders, and international staff of all levels.
- Basic understanding on Accountings, Legal matters, M&A, and knowledge on Electrical & Electronics Retail business.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain good relationship with top managements, managers, subordinates and local/oversea counterparts.
- Challenging, open minded, sensitive and able to work in multicultural environment.
- Possess problem-solving and analytics skills with demonstrated ability to identify and define problems, verify cause of the problem and develop feasible solutions to resolve the problems identified in a fast moving industry.
- Fluent in Japanese as the role is needed to communicate with Japan HQ and Japanese stakeholders frequently.
