Job Description
Preparing and creating beverage menu.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the bar, maintenance of bar equipment and set up of the bar.
Keep a clean record of monthly physical bar inventory of alcohol and bar equipment.
Planning cost control measures.
Coordinating with marketing person for promotional events.
Any other duties as and when required.
