Customer Service Assistant

Win Sin (pte) Ltd.

Job Description:

  1. Issue accurate invoicing and order placement with the departments.
  2. Customer interaction includes online platform messengers, live chats, emails and Whatsapp.
  3. Problem solving skills needed, to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints that may arise from time to time.
  4. Assist the sales team to provide quotations and other admin tasks.
  5. Ability to work in a team.


Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years working experience.
  2. Good in spoken and written English.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

8am to 5.30pm


Salary will commensurate with ability and experience.
