Job Description:
- Issue accurate invoicing and order placement with the departments.
- Customer interaction includes online platform messengers, live chats, emails and Whatsapp.
- Problem solving skills needed, to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints that may arise from time to time.
- Assist the sales team to provide quotations and other admin tasks.
- Ability to work in a team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experience.
- Good in spoken and written English.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8am to 5.30pm
Salary will commensurate with ability and experience.
