Job Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and optimising financial performance.
- Schedule and manage employee shifts efficiently to foster a positive and motivated work environment.
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff with good training.
- Monitor and manage the restaurant budget with minimise costs and optimise profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain high-quality hygiene standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional events with the Marketing Department.
- Assist in store documentation and provide regular updates to upper management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with staff, suppliers, and customers.
- Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Best with 2 years working experience in a semi-fine dining restaurant, hospitality management and/or other related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle challenges and solve problems.
- Acquainted with product offerings and the F&B program.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, fluent in Korean will be an added advantage.
