Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities


Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and optimising financial performance.

  • Schedule and manage employee shifts efficiently to foster a positive and motivated work environment.
  • Lead and supervise restaurant staff with good training.
  • Monitor and manage the restaurant budget with minimise costs and optimise profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain high-quality hygiene standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional events with the Marketing Department.
  • Assist in store documentation and provide regular updates to upper management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, suppliers, and customers.
  • Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Best with 2 years working experience in a semi-fine dining restaurant, hospitality management and/or other related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle challenges and solve problems.
  • Acquainted with product offerings and the F&B program.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, fluent in Korean will be an added advantage.
