Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage export and domestic customers.
2. Maintaining customer relationship and develop and onboard new export or domestic customers.
3. Maintain optimal sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
4. Provide technical assistance to new and existing customers.
5. Prepare quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales budget and ensure budget is achievable.
6. Perform quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales budget review and explain the variances.
7. Oversee coordination with relevant departments on meeting customers’ requirements.
8. Prepare sales quotation for all existing and new customers.
9. Submit application for customer credit limit and terms.
10. Follow up on customers complaints according ISO9001:2015 management procedures.
11. Manage sales coordinator and develop sales team.
12. PIC of ISO9001:2015 customers related management procedures.
13. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Minimum diploma or degree in any discipline. Other qualifications with relevant work experiences will be considered.
2. Minimum 1-3 years working experience in metal, steel, engineering, construction or automotive related industry.
3. Experience in using ERP System such as Sage, SAP, Oracle Net Suite or Synergix Taskhub.
4. Travelling required.
5. Only Singaporean or Singapore PR will be considered.
