Vice President, Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to manage assigned projects and ensure the completion of all processes and tasks as a Project Manager
• Establish project schedule and organization including bank/vendor members and complete relevant procedures required to initiate the project (e.g. documentation explanation, approval)
• Lead and motivate all staffs in the project team members (bank/vendor) to manage weekly/monthly project progress as scheduled
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to proceed own work & project and ensure the quality of the outcome
• Summarize project information through communication with stakeholders (e.g. project background, purpose, scope, due date, project organization, estimated cost, list of stakeholders) and report to management in timely manner


Job Requirements :
• A Bachelor’s Degree and positive thinking
• Good international communication skill
• At least 5 years of experience of IT Project Management
• Experienced in new system implementation as a project manager. The project size should be more than 50M SGD Total investment cost or more than 50 man-months.
• Application development experience (programming, coding, test, design) or IT Infrastructure development experience
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to obtain consensus among stakeholders
