Project Coordinator

Job Scope

  • Manage project through designated project management software
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
  • Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
  • Source and request for quotations from suppliers to ensure price competitiveness
  • Submission of weekly and monthly reports
  • Manage customer's expectations on the projects
  • Manage the delivery of the project accordingly
  • Assign duties or responsibilities to project personnel
  • Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback
  • Utilize industry best practice, techniques, and standards throughout the project execution
  • Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Possess at least a diploma or equivalent
  • Possess a Class 3 Driver's License
  • Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week
  • Proficient in both English; in both written and spoken forms
  • Technical knowledge in the telecommunication industry is an added advantage
