Ryde started as a ride-sharing platform that matches drivers with riders going the same way to share a ride (RydePool), but we haven’t stopped there. We have established extended product services to include an e-payment platform (RydePay), taxi booking and insurance purchases. We are continuously building features that benefit everyone.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Associate/Senior Marketing Associate to be a part of our Marketing team. You will contribute to Ryde’s continued growth and success by supporting all marketing activities throughout the organization. Provides support for marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, PR and social media activities. Manages online presence development activities to increase brand awareness and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team with online and offline marketing activities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies according to business plans.
- Work with the design team on designing digital media campaigns.
- Analyze reports to determine the efficacy of campaigns.
- Ensure that the brand message is consistent.
- Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and the latest trends.
- Contribute to public relations and social media efforts, providing project management support to ensure initiatives stay on track.
- Other duties as assigned.
Competencies Required for the Position:
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a cross-functional environment and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Education & Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism or related subjects, or a career path that would indicate success in this role.
- Good understanding of all social media platforms.
- Experience executing paid social media campaigns is a plus.
- Experience in creating and curating content for various blogs/publications.
- Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe is an advantage
