[Responsibilities]
As a Retail Executive, you will be an integral member of a team overseeing the entire retail business, taking on tasks that include:
- Conducting in-depth analysis of sales reports
- Crafting engaging and informative product sheets
- Updating assortment sheets and brand metrics to streamline product lineups
- Collaborating on quarterly product presentations for maximum impact
- Tailoring online product listings with compelling product descriptions
- Facilitating effective communication with various departments to innovate and introduce exciting new products
- Cultivating strong relationships with inventory distributors and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication
- Assisting in managing purchasing budgets for optimal merchandising mix and profitability
- Generating and maintaining weekly sales reports to track performance
- Monitoring inventory levels and strategically allocating model inventory to meet demand
- Efficiently supervising and managing damaged goods and returns
- Keeping internal sample lines updated and organized
- Handling "closeouts" and creating internal documentation
- Managing reorder processing and generating purchase orders based on statistical reports
[Requirements]
- Diploma in business-related subjects
- Strong numerical orientation
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a keen interest in fashion and consumer goods
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience in retail, merchandising or a related field is a plus
