We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to join a Software Solutioning Company working on FinTech applications.
- Lead a team of designers to deliver FinTech related applications.
- Salary package up to $8,500 + AWS + VB (~2 months bonus).

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team’s design roadmap through standardization and process implementation
- Design and create concepts, mockups, prototypes and user journey that lead to intuitive user experiences for a wide range of platforms.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers, product managers, engineers and various stakeholders.
- Strategically create new features and functionality based on user stories and behaviour.
- Ability to clearly communicate research and design ideas to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in design or a related subject.
- Min 5 years of working experience in wireframing, user flows, interaction design.
- Prior experience in leading a team.
- Strong understanding of current UI design practices to create an efficient & seamless user experience.
- Mandarin may be required for business communication needs.
