Responsibilities:
1. Leading self-conducted screenings of company' products using the Malbar Platform
- Gain knowledge and understanding of in-house sofetware used by the company
- Lead the self-conduct screenings of company products with suppliers on location
- Proactively plan the schedule for screenings.
- Collaborate with the PSM, Compliance and QA/QC teams to create a new streamline process for future handling of the screenings.
2. Preparing & Presenting Data based on Findings.
- Analyse the impact of the screenings and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with PSM to update key stakeholders on findings as provide suggestions
- Monitor the SharePoint to identify opportunities for improvement and implement as necessary.
3. Maintain and updating of data.
- Upload and maintain product data on the internal in-house system.
- Continue to search for solutions for high-emission emitting products based on experience, materials and collaboration with Tier 1, 2, 3 and 4 suppliers.
- Analysis of data with PSM and then support to prepare the data for submission and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in product engineering or product development, Environmental Engineering, Environment Studies, or equivalent Degree is a plus or minimum 1 years of relevant work experience
- Familiar with Environmental Management System or sustainability concept and principle
- Knowledge of ISO 14044 and possess experience working with major customers in Europe, USA & Australia would be added advantage
- Fresh graduates who are keen in environmental sustainability are encouraged to apply
- Proactive with good Analytical skills and is able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate with more years of relevant work experience will be considered for senior position.
