Bizlink Centre Ltd Singapore is looking for a Centre Manager to run the Day Activity Centre (DAC) for people with disabilities. The individual must possess expertise in operations management, people management and general administration.
The job description includes:
· Responsible for the centre’s daily operations, provides leadership in strategic and operational planning, coordinating, and ensuring smooth execution of various programs and activities.
· Formulate, implement, review policies, and establish standard operating procedures as required by the service model for DAC.
· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and licensing requirements.
· Perform duties in accordance with applicable standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines to promote safe working environment.
· Drive improvements on systems, processes, operations, and risk management initiatives.
· Lead development of centre programmes and initiatives.
· Establish processes to improve curriculum and programmes.
· Responsible for care and well-being of all the centre’s clients
· Oversee client enrolment for the centre
· Manage a team of operational staff (Training officers, Allied Health Professionals and Programme Staffs)
· Oversee staff development, training, and mentorship programmes.
· Prepare annual work plans and budget plans.
· Report yearly statistics to the relevant agencies.
· Lead the centre in achieving its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
· Be the liaison with key partners such as clients, families, volunteers, and other service providers.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Preferrable with 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the social service sector or related field.
- Proven track record of success in operations management, programme development, and staff leadership.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in disability services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Recognised Diploma or Degree Qualifications
