Sleek is now searching for a Customer Success - Renewals to join the team, while collaborating with the global offices. As we are continuously growing, this job posting is permanent and applications will be reviewed periodically.

Position Duties

  • Lead and mentor the renewals team, ensuring high performance and a collaborative culture
  • Drive the performance of the renewals team to achieve and exceed renewal targets
  • Implement effective metrics and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement
  • Define KPIs; collaborate with the data team and track the delivery of essential metrics to meet organizational needs
  • Analyze renewal data and collect customer’s feedback to identify key drivers, implementing strategies for improvement
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a unified customer experience
  • Align with leadership priorities and KPIs, executing strategies that contribute to company goals
  • Innovate to improve the renewals process and streamline operations for efficiency
  • Leverage global expertise to define data needs, collaborate with the data team, and track delivery
  • Define quarterly roadmaps for the renewals team, ensuring successful execution
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with a proven track record in a global leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in defining and achieving KPIs
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
