The selected incumbent will set strategic directions and lead the Company in the following areas:
Responsibilities:
· Executes the Company strategy.
· Implements daily business operations.
· Develops and initiates revenue growth strategies.
· Leads the team to meet and exceed goals and objectives.
· Oversees all departments and directly manages the senior management staff.
· Presents strategies and results to executives, the board and other stakeholders.
· Adheres to local business laws, regulations and Company policies.
Requirements:
· Master Degree in any discipline, preferably Business Management.
· Minimum 20 years in managing a manufacturing Company.
· Experience in multi-national manufacturing company is preferred.
· Well-versed with local and Japanese laws and regulations.
· Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to plan and lead strategically.
· Resourceful, self-driven and high degree of professional integrity.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
· Ability to speak and write Japanese is a must to communicate with overseas Headquarter
on reportings.
