- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in Information Technology with proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring efficient time management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
